Bonde Ranch is a luxury residential neighborhood nestled in Pleasanton, CA, located off of Bernal Avenue, east of downtown Pleasanton. Named after the Bonde family ranch, the development was originally owned by the Bonde family before being sold to Shapell Homes, which developed it as a neighborhood in 1996. More than a hundred acres were used to develop Bonde Ranch, while 525 acres were designated as open space, which gave the neighborhood its picturesque quality.

One of the best parts about living in Bonde Ranch is the neighborhood’s close proximity to downtown Pleasanton, which is only around a ten-minute walk away from most homes in the neighborhood.

Most homes in Bonde Ranch have expansive living spaces, with sizes ranging from around 2,200 to 3,300 square feet. While nearly all of the tract homes were built by Shapell Homes, there are a few custom homes available as well.
